More Digital TV Offers

As this Blog seems to get many visitors looking for Setanta voucher codes, I like to keep up to date with what is going on in the Digital TV world.

I got an email yesterday telling us that Dixons are offering a Sky "Pay once, watch forever" promotion. For £75 you can get access to 200 digital TV channels including BBC and ITV, plus 6 months viewing of their most popular entertainment package, "Variety and Knowledge".

This seems like quite a good deal to me, I have Freeview and am slightly disappointed by its limitations. Although I don't want to have hundreds of channels with little or nothing on. So is something that i might be interested in, as I don't like the idea of paying an extra £35 a month to watch some extra channels.

Although it doesn't give you access to it's Sport packages which is the reason why people are interested in Setanta, it does provide a good alternative to the expense of Full Sky and the limits of Freeview.

This package is obviously aimed at those people who might choose Virgin Media, and is probably a way of trying to counter the launch of its new channel Virgin1, now that they do not show Sky channels.

The Digital TV industry is certainly hotting up and there do seem to be some good deals around at the moment and probably more to follow.

I wrote a while ago about exclusive codes. Well we have been given another one by Crave Maternity who sell stylish and well designed Maternity clothes. They seem to be very popular and with Myleen Klass recommending them, they must be good.

Freebies

Every now and then a discount code will qualify a buyer to receive a free gift when they purchase something. We have these freebies listed on site. They are normally from the health and beauty shops, and they give away samples when you buy a certain product, popular companies to do this are HQHair and The Bodyshop, so if you are interested in their products keep an eye on that page.

And finally don't forget the Vodafone promotional code. If this proves popular we might be given more of these.

Curry's electrical discount codes

Today Curry's have made available 30 new discount vouchers. We have just added tem to SendMeDiscounts so if you wish to view them, follow the link for Currys Codes.

These electrical discount codes cover 8 different categories and range in price bands from a £150 spend to over £550. So pretty much whatever you wish to spend and whatever product you wish to buy will be covered buy a promotional code; which range in value from £10 to £120 off.

Digital TV

Lots of people are interested in Setanta judging by the amount of traffic we receive for people looking for voucher codes and discounts for them.

Not many people seem to be too keen on The Talk Talk offer that we have listed on the site. Setanta have the rights for about 46 live Premiership football matches plus a clutch of Championship games, and TalkTalk were giving away 2 free months and a free set top box.

Perhaps the best way to watch the match is still with SKY, and we have been given details of their latest promotion. Sky have cut the price of the one off set up fee from £30 to £15. A half price reduction if you sign up with SKY, and it runs for the whole of this month.

Last week we were given details of a voucher code for Vodafone. If you buy anythinbg at Vodafone, they will give you a free bluetooth headset.

LoveFilm reduce the price of their basic package to £3.99

Earlier I did a DVD Rental comparison. It seems that the prices are beginning to be cut by the DVD rental firms.

LOVEFiLM who are one of the biggest DVD rental firms have just reduced the price of their basic package to £3.99.

Help with voucher codes and shopping discounts.

Vodafone mobile phone exclusive code

Vodafone have never realeased a discount code before, so it was quite a surprise to find today that they have realeased one as a one off for this weekend.

The offer on the voucher code means that if you buy a mobile phone or a mobile phone accessory from their online shop, and enter the code, they will give you a free bluetooth headset.

The code is on the Vodafone voucher code page on SendMeDiscounts, and is limited to this weekend September 8th and 9th only.
